It would be tempting to start this gallery with a 1950s B-movie style 'IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE' voiceover, complete with spooky, slightly surreal sci-fi music. And such is the styling of this ETV – or Extra Terrestrial Vehicle – you might forgive us for doing so. But while the ETV can't quite zoom to the moon, it did sell on eBay for a sky-high price.

These Revolte photos were published by our friends over at Worldcarfans.Although we know little about the Revolte, judging by its name it's yet another electric car. It’s three years since the BYD E6 was revealed at the Detroit Auto Show, with big claims for the future of BYD and the E6. And now the E6 has arrived in the UK. More than 50 BYD E6s have arrived in Southampton docks and are heading out for trials with UK fleet operators, principally the Taxi market.
